Increase font size in Internet Explorer 6:
Open Internet Explorer
Click View
Highlight Text Size (a side menu will appear)
Choose text size
Medium is the default setting

Increase font size in Netscape 7.2
Open Netscape
Click View
Highlight Text Zoom (a side menu will appear)
Choose text size
100% is the default setting

Change Toolbar button icon size in Internet Explorer
Click View
Highlight Toolbars
Click Customize - a new window will appear
Located at the bottom of the window there is a drop down box for Icon options
click down arrow and choose size
You can also customize the toolbar by adding or removing icons from the available or current sections
Click the Close button (not the red X) when all changes are complete

Customizing Personal Toolbar in Netscape 7.2
Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
Click Navigator.
Under Toolbar Customization, place a checkmark next to the items you want to see appear on the Personal Toolbar  
Click OK
