The Atlantic Spinners and Handweavers provide the opportunity for weavers, spinners and dyers living in the Halifax area and beyond, to meet in a social atmosphere, to exchange information, learn new techniques and methods and share their interests.

MEETINGS:
ASH members meet on the second Thursday of each month, September through June at 7:15 p.m. at the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, Summer Street, lower level entrance. Meeting programs include a variety of interesting lectures, slide presentations, demonstrations, and guest speakers. Coffee, tea and conversation close every meeting.

NEXT MEETING:  Thursday, September 9, 2010.

MEMBERSHIP:           
For an annual membership fee of $30.00Cdn, members receive the ASH newsletter, Loomsong, published September to June. Members also have full voting rights in the affairs of the society and the use of an excellent library, with borrowing privileges.
Loomsong is published 5 times per year and accepts ads for equipment, yarns, courses etc.

        1/8 page - $15/issue, $70/year
        1/4 page - $20/issue, $90/year
        1/2 page - $25/issue, $110/year
        Full page - $40/issue, $170/year
There is no charge for ASH members to advertise if they are not advertising a commercial business.
