The Scrapbook of Pictou County Characters was donated to the library.  The pictures contained in it show New Glasgow in its early years.  The scrapbook dates from 1949-1953.  You get the chance to see the way people dressed in that time period and what the town looked like in those years.  Please enjoy these glimpses of the past.
