The area behind the museum was, until recently, an unmanaged bog.  Due to the dedication of one of our members, it has now been transformed into a magnificent historical garden.  It features plants that were in vogue over one hundred years ago, when the house was built in 1880.  The collection continues to grow, and now displays almost 50 species of plants.  We welcome everyone to take a walk through our arbor and along our stone path to view the beautiful flowers.
