The activities listed below are for information purposes only and is not a substitute for informed medical advice.

  • Aquatics

  • Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi

    Qigong: Zane deNoncourt (902) 863-2840. Qigong uses repetitive gentle flowing movements. It is recommended by physiotherapists for persons with restricted/painful movement.
